Veggie Burrito

This is really yummy, and easy, as well as healthy:

Start with the following choices –  lettuce, cooked broccoli, cukes, avocado, shredded carrots, sauteed onions with garlic, crunchy pickle.

Just ignore the rhino

 

Add BBQ sauce (usually I put these on the onions while they are cooking) and ranch dressing.

To assemble: Lay out the burrito wrap, put 1 T ranch dressing on, pile on what you like and EAT!

Yummy!
